Your reading list

Books you save are stored in your own browser, using local storage on your device. We never receive your list. Clearing your browser data removes it. If you share your list, the book IDs travel in the link itself, so anyone with the link can see those books.

Clicks to Amazon

When you follow a link to Amazon, we count it: which book, when, and a random event ID. We don't record your IP address, name or any identifier, and we use the counts only to see which books readers find interesting.

Amazon links carry our Associates tag. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you. Once you're on Amazon, Amazon and other third parties may place and read cookies in your browser, and Amazon's own privacy notice applies.

Hosting and visit counts

Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any web host, it processes technical details such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and block abuse. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits; it uses no cookies and does not follow you across other sites.

Fonts and cover images

Fonts load from Google Fonts, and some cover images load from third-party image services. Those services receive your IP address when your browser requests the files.

What we don't do

We don't ask for your name or email, we don't run ads or tracking pixels, and we don't sell or share personal data.
